Before use, bend and flex the Manta in your hands—the more you do this the more flexible it becomes. Press once for relaxing stress and tension relief at 2000 pulsations per minute and press twice for invigorating to increase blood-flow and circulation at 4,000 pulsations per minute. Place the handle in between your fingers to give maximum control and comfort.</p>
