My name is Chanel , I am a native English speaker from the beautiful diverse country of South Africa 🇿🇦 . From aardvarks to zebra's 🦓 South Africa is bursting with wild life , rich culture and mind blowing history.
In South Africa we have 12 official langueges 💬. I am fluent in 3 of these langueges , therefore i fully understand that learning a new languege can be challanging and stressfull.
When I am not teaching you can find me in the kitchen trying a new recipe or two , I really enjoy cooking and baking🧁 I belief food tells a story about who people are and where they come from , it bridges nationalities , geographies and generations.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking and taking in the beautiful views South Africa has to offer ,be it in the mountains , along the coast or in the bushveld . Hiking in my Countries nature reserves have taught me patience and goal setting as well as over coming the obstacles that I might in counter on the trails and in life.
I enjoy doing volunteer work , I belief that by volunteering , I can make a positive impact on the community whilst learning new skills and meeting like minded people .
I am a TEFL certified teacher🎓. I am friendly patient and my students biggest supporter👏. My goal is to help my students learn at a pace determined by them , where they feel comfortable and enjoy learning English in a engaging and supportive environment where learning is enjoyable and tailored to your specific needs and goals .
