Made in Italy.<br><br><b>HOW TO USE IT<br></b><br>Prisme Libre 4-Color Loose Powder can be used alone to even out the complexion, as a setting powder to lock in foundation, or as the last step in a routine to finish any makeup look. Can be applied with the puff provided for an even &amp; precise application, or use a brush for an all-over perfected look. For Puff Application: Twist off the cap and hold the puff over the opening. Shake the powder twice. Stamp the powder on the cheekbones, sides of the nose, forehead, and chin. Diffuse the powder by blending out with the puff to create an even, flawless complexion.
