Combining highly sensory qualities and intense pigments, the formula is suitable for application to the eyelids and waterline of even sensitive eyes. HOW TO USE IT The color is applied in a single stroke, along the waterline or the lower lash line, to open up the gaze. Using the pencil's smudger or the L'estompeur de précision brush, create a wide range of make-up results, from thin to thick, graphic and clean to soft and blended lines on the eyelid and along the waterline.
