Dig a planting hole of 2 feet by 2 feet, with at least 3 feet of space between plants. Roses do best in a well-drained, loamy soil containing organic compost. Water thoroughly after planting and water three times per week after new growth. Plant where it will receive at least six hours of sunlight per day. Feed during spring and summer with a water-soluble 20-20-20 fertilizer. Prune in early spring to rejuvenate plant. Cold hardy to Zone 4.</p>
