The PO 4x24 is a classic Soviet-design scope made famous on the SVD Dragunov sniper rifle. Fielded around the world, it has proven to be extremely rugged and reliable though decades of harsh use. Optical performance is excellent with a bright image, accurate color rendition and sharp resolution. Low light performance is also very good. A novel integral sliding sunshade can be pulled out when required and slid back for storage. Plus a removable rubber eye-cup serves to ensure the shooter's head position is the same for each shot. The PO 4x24 also features an integral quick-detach system. This allows the optic to be quickly mounted/dismounted with the flip of a lever without losing serious. The PO 4x24 is designed to mount on Siaga and Vepr rifles. The P0 4x24-1 is designed to mount onto SVD/Tigr, PSL, and M76 rifles.
