And while they still taste very good, the flavor is just a little less than our best.  We gave this batch of Citrus Carrot juice a rating of 7 out of 10 for flavor, because although it is still sweet, it has a slightly bitter aftertaste.  Due to a less-than-ideal growing season, many juicing oranges have a thicker peel and pith than usual.  The pith is where a ton of vitamins and minerals are housed, so this juice is even more nutrient-dense than usual - but it is also slightly more bitter in aftertaste.
