All the ingredients in this gin are processed and distilled by hand. • All mandarin, lemon, orange, and grapefruit are peeled by hand to capture only the natural oils from the zest; no pit or flesh is included. We macerate the peels in alcohol to extract the oils before distillation. • Cucumbers are hand-sliced long to increase their exposure to the alcohol mixture • Coriander, black pepper, and juniper are hand crushed to better expose the potency of each ingredient • Rose petals, cherry blossom petals, and jasmine roots are added to the alcohol in their raw state to ensure a complex but soft pallet in the finished product.
