The Rhinopias, Rhinopias frondos, are among of the most beautiful scorpionfish of the sea. It features a stunning red and purple body with countless frills, fins, and cirri truly resembling a leafy reef. They are masters of disguise. These semi-aggressive scorpionfish can be kept with a couple of small fish and inverts. They are docile and cannot stay peacefully with more aggressive larger fish. These Red/Purple Rhinopias can survive on a carnivorous diet of Mysis and brine shrimp and a few chunks of fresh seafood.
