<p>Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) has a pleasing citrus aroma with underlying notes of frankincense, its close relative, and has also been described as <span data-mce-fragment="1">warm, delicately sweet, and rosy-woodsy. </span>Our palo santo sticks are sustainably wild-harvested from naturally fallen trees and fallen branches that lay dead for 4-10 years before being harvested. </p> <p>Palo Santo has been used as a natural wood incense for centuries by the Incas and Indigenous people of the South America. Shamans often use it in sacred plant-spirit ceremonies.
