The pair features CNC-machined aluminium alloy ear shells that house a 10mm dual-cavity dynamic driver setup. The DELCI AE promises a clear sound reproduction with 10mm DLC diaphragm and PU Suspension. It produces outstanding clarity throughout a wide frequency band and promises low-distortion sound reproduction. The driver adopts a high-quality DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) material diaphragm with PU suspension. The DLC material here is extremely light in weight and has a solid, robust, rigid durability. It is widely appreciated for its high sound quality, high elasticity, and high mechanical strength. The entire ear shell takes about 35 minutes and each machine only processes one shell cavity at a time. The overall finish and feel of the ear cavities are spectacular and have a premium feel to it.
