A testament to their unending efforts, it is a dark full-bodied dram created by blending the finest port cask, bourbon barrel and sherry barrel aged rums from the Bundaberg reserves using the labour-intensive Solera vat method. Bundaberg Rum Master Distillers' Collection Solera Rum does offer two surprises to rum aficionados. The first is just how fine a rum this Bundy is and the other is that price isn't twice as high.
