How do I submit my photo for my personalized gift?
Send a high quality photo that you have by messaging me within the Etsy app or emailing terra@terrasvisions.com.
What is the best photo to send?
High quality images produce high quality results. We strive to provide the best and satisfy each individual customer. Please view the image examples provided.
What if I only have a low quality image?
If the image you have is low quality we will do our best to edit it to the best possible quality for an additional cost. Please message us for additional information.
How can I see what my product will look like?
Mock-ups are available for an additional cost upon request. Please allow one extra additional day for mock-ups. We Offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee

When will my order be processed?
Processing time begins after your personalization information is received. If your order is place on Monday June 1st but your personalization requirements are not received until June 16th, your two week processing time will begin on June 16th.
Do orders placed after 5:00 PM count towards that business day?
All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be counted for that calendar day, Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be counted on the next BUSINESS DAY.
I need my order ASAP. Does expedited shipping reduce processing time ?
If you have an event or important deadline date please add "expedite my order to your cart." Shipping upgrades do not reduce processing time.
My shipping status still says "Shipping label created". Have you shipped my order?
After your order is processed and ready for shipment you will receive a notification that says shipping label created, your order will remain in this status until USPS updates the tracking. Depending on the area this update could occur rapidly or take several days.
