EXCHANGES
In case you are interested in an exchange, you should return them to us and as soon as we receive them we will send you the new couple.
I would like to inform you that they should be sent by registered letter and give us the tracking code.
The package must be sent within 14 working days from the date of the return request.
You will also be responsible for the return and exchange of the shipment.
*** Customized items do not qualify for exchanges.
• Keep in mind that any taxes or customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country.
FOR VIOLENT EXCHANGES
Due to the congestion of the postal system there are serious delays and we do not know how long this process will take
To enable the exchange to proceed quickly, you could place a new order for the correct color or size and return the shoes you have (in the same way as described in the refund)
Once your package is received, we will process a refund.
In case of refund for free shipping, you will be charged with the shipping costs we paid for the shipping of your order (as this money was used to ship your item)
Note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the refund, customs fees as they will be deducted from your refund amount.
*** While we understand that shoes should be tested, we advise you to try shoes in the area of the carpet and with a clean foot. We will ONLY accept the returned product for exchange in original clean condition and accompanied by the original invoice and the labels MUST be attached (WITHOUT EXCEPTION).

As customs regulations vary from country to country, customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
