I accept returns & offer a choice of a refund or replacement.
Items must be returned in its original, condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
Must provide tracking status back 7 days of delivery date. Return and shipping paid by buyer if item is as described plus a 20% restock fee. I do not sell previously owned products.
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
·Cancellation within 24 hours: Free of charge, full refund.
·Cancellation after 24 hours: 50% of the item fee charged.
·Note: Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
