DIGITAL:
If your selected item has the word "Digital" next to the name you will NOT receive any physical items. You will receive an email with the label attached.. You must print your item preferably on your home printer (some copy places will not print copyrighted items) on glossy brochure paper. You must purchase and seal your treats with glue or tape.

When ordering digital you MUST have a home printer.. Professional printers (Staples, FedEx etc.) will not print your items for you!!
PRINTED:
If your selected item has the word "Printed" next to the name you will only receive only the label. You must purchase your item (ex. Water Bottle). The label will be cut and ready for assembly. You will need tape or any other adhesive to attach the label.
ASSEMBLED:
If your selected item has the word "Assembled" next to the name you will receive the label cut to appropriate size. It will be sealed with only one end open to place your item inside. You must purchase the item needed (ex. Water Bottle). You will need tape or any other adhesive to seal the treat in. **Some items do not have this option**
FILLED:
If your selected item has the word "Filled" next to the name your purchase will be printed and fully assembled with your pre-packaged item completely sealed inside and MAILED OUT.. Allow for shipping time before your event is due. Your order will be complete once it arrives.

There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS and NO ECHANGES for custom designs.
Cancellations are ONLY permitted within 24 hours of purchase.
