This cosy little gilet is the perfect gift to crochet for your special person or new arrival.
It is made in one piece, the only seams are at the shoulders, making it really lovely to make and wear.
It is made in a 'Half double (half treble UK) V Stitch', using Light Worsted/ Double Knit yarn..
This is a very versatile top and is ideal to pop over a baby grow or top to keep snug and warm whatever the weather.
Instructions are given for sizes: newborn, 3 & 6 months and 1, 2, 4 & 6 years.
The pattern is easy to follow and has clear instructions, including diagrams and stitch charts. It is written in both STANDARD US CROCHET TERMS and also in STANDARD ENGLISH TERMS. Making it a great project for anyone from someone with a little experience to an experienced crocheter.
