If you chose the Silver finish, do NOT use alcohol when cleaning as it affects the matte clear coat. ONLY use mild soapy water when cleaning the Silver finished Mayan Calendars.
This highly detailed set of two “Mayan Calendar" ear plugs is made from medically safe, hypoallergenic, quality resin. Made to order, these ear tunnels are available in any size of your choice in matte black.
I am able to print all sizes mentioned in the listings but prefer to stay within the 1” to 2” range, as some detail may be lost on smaller sizes. If your preferred size is not listed in the options, please send me a message, and I’ll consider your request.
MATERIAL
Each set is made from hypoallergenic, photopolymer resin, cured layer by layer using UV light. Afterward, each plug is rinsed in a 99.9% pure alcohol bath to remove any uncured resin from the printing process. Once dried, each plug is cured one last time under intense UV light.
POST-PROCESSING
After the printing process is complete, I personally hand-sand each plug to remove any leftover rough spots from the printing process. I then polish each plug to a smooth finish and coat it in a thin layer of jojoba oil to ensure a comfortable and pleasant fit.
SHIPPING
I have several printers and can process most orders in one day. However, I’ve set my shipping times between 5 to 7 days to allow room for busier times, time to reprint any failed prints (as it occasionally happens), and to reorder any supplies I may run low on.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns, as I do not feel comfortable reselling potentially used plugs. I hope you’ll understand and appreciate this policy. That said, if an item is damaged upon delivery, please send me a picture as proof, and I’d be more than happy to replace any damaged plugs at no additional cost.
WARRANTY
Salty3D is happy to announce that starting 1-1-25 we will be offering a 90 day warranty (starting on the date of delivery) on ALL our products. Basically, if your plug, or plugs break or crack, send us a pic of the damaged plug and we will replace for free! Just message me with a pic and we will get right on it!
