Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a handling fee may apply. Refunds, and or exchanges are only accepted if we are contacted within 24 hours from arrival date and must be shipped back to us within 72 hours from that time. A tracking number must be given to us when shipped.
We do offer a complimentary color match before ordering. Plse send us (3) of your hair in natural outdoor lighting.

How to install
Braids and faux dreads tend to be a bit bulky, therefore may appear to slightly bulge out when installed.
To best conceal the clip in and blend with natural hair we recommend installing under the hair line, right above the ear level or located under a 1/2 ponytail bun.

Types of extensions
Our braids and dreads come on a ponytail tie in, clip ins and/or pre looped dreads.
Ponytail tie in - Elastic bands. Over stretching can cause breakage. We recommend placing over existing ponytail. If not tight enough use Bobby pin to put in place.
Clip ins (Weft (teeth) clips) These extension clips allow for quick and easy installation for daily on and off wear.
Simply decide where you would like to place the extension (preferably under hair line to better conceal), place “teeth” on a little bit of hair and press the clip in or out with your thumb and pointer fingers to open or close.
Should it not stay closed remove some of the hair and try again. We carefully inspect each west clip to ensure they work properly before shipping.
Pre lopped dreads/braids: Allows for a more semi permanent installation. Watch our YouTube video for installation suggestions.

How to care for your extensions
They are made out of the highest quality synthetic hair. DO NOT Flat iron and/or curl.
To keep the best shape and condition, store on a flat surface or hang.
Please note: Synthetic hair will have loose strands. We trim them down as much as possible before shipping but may be present upon arrival and over time from wearing.
