5. Select the quantity
6. Select your postage option
7. Choose how you'll pay & 'Proceed to checkout'
8. Reply to the confirmation message detailing all your customisations
MADE TO ORDER TIMELINE
Please allow approx 2 weeks for single orders and between 3-4 weeks for orders of 2 or more shoes. This does not include the delivery time. The processing time for all orders placed on a weekend will start on the first working day so your order will be dispatched within 2 weeks or 3-4 weeks from that date.
SIZING
Please make sure you select the correct shoe size using the SIZING GUIDE provided as once you have confirmed your shoe size they CANNOT be return or exchanged if they do not fit.
PURCHASING
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation message within 48 hours detailing all your customisation requirements. Please read this message carefully and reply to it by confirming all details are correct or of any amendments needed, as you the buyer are responsible for making sure all your customisation requirements are correct such as the shoe size, wording and colour selections. Failure to reply to the message within 5 days may result in your order being cancelled.
