We will do our best to match your school colors! (Colors not shown but available are maroon, metallic gold, metallic silver and burnt orange). The bracelet is waterproof . They are adjustable and you can choose with or without a personalized 10mm disc. You can choose gold, rose gold, or silver for the disc and it can also be engraved rather than stamped. The custom printed logo cards are now included with your team bracelet order at no extra charge. Just message us with your logo and short message you would like printed on the cards! If you do not want custom cards they will be packaged on our logo cards!
If you need a quantity that is in between the price breaks, for example 15. Not a problem, send me a message and I will set up a listing for your whole set at the same price break.
Large orders may take a couple days, but not in all cases. If you need your bracelets right away or by a certain date please send us a message we will do our best to accommodate. If you order 1-10 bracelets, in most cases they will ship in 1 business day. We do have our turnaround time set on these as 1-3 days but if you need them soon please let us know! In most cases we can meet your deadline if we know about it!!

1. How do I give you my string colors? You can list your colors into the personalization box or the memo to seller box at checkout. You can also send them to me through Etsy conversation!
2. I want to purchase the set of 10 football bracelets, can each one have a different number or be a different color? Yes, when you purchase the bulk quantities on any of our bracelets the personalization and or colors can all be different! You will just need to list those details into the personalization box at checkout!
3. I need 21 bracelets, how do I order that quantity (or any quantity not shown in the drop down box)? Send us a message and we would be happy to send you a custom listing for whatever quantity you need!
4. How many colors can we choose for the personalized sports bracelets? We can use up to 4 colors!
5. How many colors can we choose for the team bracelets? We can fit up to 9 colors!
6. How many characters can you put on the team bracelet discs? We can fit up to 6 engraved on the 10mm disc shown. If you need more, we can go up to a 12mm disc size. If you have a specific detail you are looking to have engraved send us a message, we are more than happy to see if we can make it work!
7. How do I add the custom printed logo cards for packaging? Simply send us a message to let us know you would like to add them and we will help you from there!
8. How are the bulk bracelets packaged? For example a set of 100? All of our bracelets are individually packaged on our logo card and packaged in a clear self sealing fitted bag. You can purchase custom printed logo cards for your order if you prefer. Just send us a message.
9. What can be included on the custom printed logo cards? The cards look best if there is an image like a logo on the card and you can add writing as well. The cards really complete the look and make a nice team gift!
10. Can you engrave the back of the discs? Yes we can, however there may be an additional charge depending on the order size.
11. How do I let you know which color I want where on the bracelet? We take the first color you list as the primary (main band) color and the second color as your secondary (knots and tails) color. If you list 3 colors we will put all 3 colors in the main band. When letting us know your color choices you can also state them as primary and secondary!
12. How can I match my team colors? You can send us a picture or website link and we will do our best to match your colors!
