When you place your order, in the personalization area you will give me details on your sizing, what you’re wanting, and a link to your Pinterest board. You can message me on Etsy after if you need more space to send me extra details. A Pinterest board is not required, but I do highly recommend sending me one so we will be on the same page for what you are wanting! 2. While you are filling out the personalization you can let me know your measurements, certain textures or colors you are wanting, what types and styles of clothing you are looking for, as well as anything you absolutely do not want in your box. 3. Once I receive your order I will reach out to you on Etsy, and if I have any extra questions I will ask you. Once I have a good idea of what you are looking for I will start shopping at my local thrift stores to find you the perfect pieces that match your style. This process can take me up to 3 weeks to ensure I find the perfect items for you. 4. Finally, once I have all of the pieces for your bundle I will carefully package and ship them out to you! Even if an item is new with tags it was thrifted that way. Every item I send out is ALWAYS from a thrift store. -Because most of the items will be secondhand pieces, they may have light signs of wear, but will be in very good condition. I will NEVER send out items with holes, stains, or damage! -I do not offer returns for bundles. -Bundles take 1 to 3 weeks to send out. I try to finish them as soon as I can, but how fast I finish bundles just depends on how easily I am able to find items in your size and style. I always prioritize quality over speed. -You will not know what is in it until you receive it!
