HOW TO DOWNLOAD A FILE?
If downloading from the app You have to update the app, since you need to install the latest version it should fix it.

If using a Web browser You can download zip files by logging in to Your Etsy account under the ''Purchases Section''. Just open Etsy in Your Web browser (I recommend using Chrome browser) and log in to Your Etsy account. Right under Your Etsy avatar icon You have the option to select '' Purchases Section''.
HOW TO UNZIP A FILE?
It's very easy to do. To unzip a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. For Windows, right-click the zipped file then click extract all. You can then choose the location you want the files to be extracted. Or you can double-click on windows and see the files and move them wherever you want them, you may be prompted to extract the files first though. (If you have any questions regarding this please send me a message and we would be happy to assist.)
DON'T SEE SVG FILE?
SVG files are sometimes displayed as HTML Documents. It may look like your go-to browser icon. However, you can simply open it using your program of choice.
Included in the zipped folder are the items listed below:

You can download zip files right after purchase in Your Etsy account under the ''Purchases Section''. Just open Etsy in Your browser, log in to your account, and right under Your Etsy avatar icon, you have the option to select '' Purchases Section''.After Downloading You have to extract the files and then use a regular folder to upload files to Your software. You can do it by opening the Zip folder and clicking ''Extract or Extract All''. And Then You should have 5 different file format types to upload from the folder. SVG file looks like the web browser you are using on your device. Let me know. SVG files also be displayed as HTML Document files.
