NO PHYSICAL ITEMS will be send to you.
🎨 For better result, please, send photos at the ORIGINAL FULL SIZE (the higher is the resolution of the original photo, the better the final result).
🎨 DO NOT SEND CROPPED OR SCREENSHOT PHOTOS. The person who will be presented in the portrait, must be in the original position from the photo from which the portrait will be painted.
(Do not crop the bodies, hands, etc., regardless of whether there is another person in the photo who will not be present in the portrait.)
🎨 If you want to change the image of a person in the portrait, AFTER the portrait is ready, with another photo of same person, you must PLACE A NEW
ORDER.
🎨 After approval of the portrait’s preview, your order is completed and if you want ANY modifications, you must PLACE A NEW ORDER.
🎨 For BETTER QUALITY print your portrait in a professional print center.
ℹ️ HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose the NUMBER of the persons (including pets)
2. Select the STYLE of the portrait (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6)
3. PLACE your order
4. Send me the photos (in original full size) via ETSY message or via e-mail: jane.memory.factory@gmail.com
5. You will receive a PREVIEW / .jpg file/ & a LINK with the ORIGINAL .jpg file (16/20 inch, 300 dpi) in ETSY messenger after 4-7 working days
6. Please, contact me via ETSY messenger or via e-mail: jane.memory.factory@gmail.com, if the portrait you want to order is with more than 15 persons (including pets), to get your discount.
You can write to me and ask your questions without worrying. It would be nice for me to answer, because I love my job and everything that has to do with it. As I paint your portrait, you will have the opportunity to information at any moment how far I have come and whether everything is going smoothly.
