Lovely taffeta and tulle Edwardian/Renaissance influenced bridal gown. High Cameo neckline, embellished with extravagant embroidery on tulle, continues around to back where it fastens with a row of satin covered buttons. One button is missing, for a total of 19. Zip closure at back needs small repair and reinforcement of hook and eye closure. (pictured) Full tulle leg o" mutton sleeves lay flat at shoulder, no puff, ends with more lace and cameo embroidery and a full 12 button cuff closure. (left sleeve minor repair, easy, where sleeve attaches to shoulder) Fitted bust. Gusseted armpits, satin. The body of the dress is a woven fabric, low sheen, likely taffeta, but not stiff. Overlay of entire dress (outer) is fully tulle. Very long train. Hem is finished all around with satin ribbon trim. Cascading embroidery all around waist. An absolute confection of a dress! No odor, spots or stains, very minor dirt at hem, nothing that won't dry clean.
