Q: When will I receive my order?

Q: Is this waterproof and dishwasher safe?
A: Yes, this sticker is water and dishwasher safe. When placing it on dishwasher safe bottles/cups, please allow 1-2 days after application before placing the dishwasher.
Also please keep in mind, when sticking to water bottles with rougher pebbled textures or waxier coatings (I.E. Coldees, ThermoFlasks, certain variations of Owalas), the thickness of vinyl sticker MAY lift on edges. It is highly recommended to make sure the water bottle is cleaned and properly dried BEFORE placing the sticker. If it continues to lift, applying gentle heat from a hair dryer for a few seconds can help melt the adhesive to keep it flush to the surface.
