This pattern is based on a freehand approach to crocheting. It is a detailed step-by-step guide through my freehand process.
The pattern is made-to-measure, no calculations required. It uses US terminology.
Crochet level: Advanced beginner. You need to be confident with increases and decreases. Stitches used are single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet.
Materials used:
any hook that fits your yarn (I used a 6 mm hook)
a smaller hook for the coverage part (so that the coverage has smaller holes)
any yarn you like (I used Drops Belle (50g/120 m per skein, this yarn is stated as worsted weight but I think it is more on the light worsted side). Yarn amount references in photos.)
