Label covers original bottle label. Please remove the original label and clean the surface to achieve the best results. BOTTLE IS NOT INCLUDED.
Any special occasion, style, and color is available. ALL text is customizable. Please enter your requests in the notes to seller portion. If you are unsure about design details or have any questions feel free to message me and I will work with you to answer your questions.
If a different font is needed please make sure to include the name of the font and ensure it is a free font available for download.
If you need a different color for the background or text please ensure to include the specific color hue. Otherwise I will choose a shade that matches the color described.
1. Enter personalization details as accurately as possible before submitting your order. Please ensure everything is spelled correctly.
2. Double check that you have selected the size that you need. Once it has shipped, I am not responsible or able to correct that mistake.
3. Double check and make sure your address is correct. I am not responsible if your package does not arrive due to an incorrect address. If the package gets sent back to me, the customer would need to pay a shipping fee in order to have the package resent. If the package is marked as delivered by the post office but you did not receive it, you will need to submit a new order with signature confirmation.
4. If you would like to add a picture, please remember to send it to me through Etsy messages ASAP. The sooner I receive the picture the faster I can ship your package out. The higher the quality is of the picture the better it will look once it’s printed on the label. If no picture is sent, the agave logo will be applied.
5. Once your order has arrived, please handle the package and label with care to ensure longevity. They are not waterproof but they are water resistant so you do not need to worry about the ink smearing.
*If more than one design is needed and there is not enough space in the customization box, you can message me the details through Etsy messages.
*A preview will be sent within 24 hours for approval ONLY if it’s requested. I will wait for approval within a reasonable time frame. After that I will need to ship the order. A design proof can be requested in the order notes or messages.
