The french butter dish
Our Fresh butter dishes are available in several different collections.
Two sizes are offered.
The small contains the equivalent of 4 ounces of butter and the largest contains about 6 ounces.
The interest of the Fresh butter dish is that it keeps the butter at room temperature, without it rancid and offers you a consistency spreadable.
Dimensions:
Large: 11 cm x 10.5 cm approx. for 6 ounces of butter
Small: 8.5 cm x 9.5 cm for 4 ounces of butter
About the holes:
We designed the butter dish this way with one or two holes to let water immerse the butter and prevent an air pocket from forming inside the butter dish. they are very useful especially when the level of your butter goes down.
Instruction to keep the butter:
1. Put the butter in the lid with a wooden spoon;
2. Fill the container with fresh water (butter must be submerged in the water) and add a pinch of salt;
3. Replace the lid on its container;
4. Change the water every 3 days; summer every day.
If you leave the house for an indefinite period, remove the water and put your butter dish in the fridge.
Our Breton butter dishes are delivered with an instruction card.
Made of clay and turned by hand in Quebec.
Its patterns are composed of ceramic pigment that will never fade, because they are cooked under the glaze.
Dishwasher safe
No worries for delivery, all our products are packed in two boxes, one inside each other and they arrive intact at their destination. If necessary, we adjust the shipping costs.

Le beurrier breton, un de nos produits les plus populaires, est un indispensable pour les amateurs de beurre.
Nos beurriers bretons sont disponibles dans plusieurs collections différentes. Deux tailles sont offertes. Le petit contient l'équivalent de 4 onces de beurre et le plus grand en contient à peu près 8 onces.
L’intérêt du beurrier breton est qu’il conserve le beurre à la température de la pièce, sans qu'il ne rancisse et vous offre ainsi une consistance tartinable.

Instruction pour conserver le beurre:
1. Mettre le beurre dans le couvercle à l'aide d'une cuiller de bois ;
2. Remplir le contenant d'eau fraîche pour que le beurre soit immergé dans l’eau et ajouter une pincée de sel ;
3. Remettre le couvercle sur son contenant ;
4. Changer l'eau tous les 3 jours ; l’été à tous les jours.
Si vous quittez la maison pour une durée indéterminé, enlevez l'eau et mettez votre beurrier au frigo.
Nos beurriers bretons sont livrés avec un carton explicatif.
Fabriqué de porcelaine et tourné à la main au Québec.
Ses motifs sont composés de pigment céramique qui ne s'effaceront jamais, car ils sont cuits sous la glaçure.
Va au lave-vaisselle.
Pas d'inquiétude pour la livraison, tous nos produits sont emballés dans deux boîtes, une à l'intérieur de l'autre et ils arrivent intacts à destination. Si nécessaire, nous réajustons les frais de poste. Sur demande, nous offrons un emballage cadeau avec un papier cadeau sérigraphié à la main.
