Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska need more detailed information confirmed with buyer.
-Please contact us within 6hrs if the plant has problem once it's been delivered. Please keep the plant in the original container for next 4-6 weeks to acclimated the new environment. Non replaceable/non refundable if you changed the soil mix or pull the full plant out of the container.
*** INSULATION and HEAT PACK:
If you live in an area where the weather is below 40F or over 80F , please consider adding the insulation option. Please note that the heat pack will be needed when it’s below 40F and only last up to 72 hours.
Care Tips:
The plant cuttings are already acclimated successfully to 70 humidity and 55-80 temperatures. Please give them sometime to acclimated new environment until you see more roots coming before transfer. They love to grow in moss/perlite or coco/perlite. Previous temperature for them is around 72F and 65+ humidity. If you have any further questions, feel free to msg me.
