**Preheat the garment: Heat it for 5 seconds to remove any excess moisture. Allow it to cool slightly before applying the transfer.
Position the transfer: Place the transfer on the shirt with the white side down and the image facing up.
Press the transfer: Set your heat press to 300°F and press firmly for 8 seconds.
Peel off the transfer: Remove it immediately while it's still hot. It's crucial to peel it right away; if you wait for it to cool, the transfer may not adhere properly. This process is known as Hot Peel Film.
