4️⃣ How can I take care of item once receive?

👉 Cold water + mild detergent is highly recommended.
👉 Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.
👉 Cool iron is better, avoid hot dry heat or directly hot iron to avoid shrirt shrinkage. No dry clean as well.

👉 As each order is custom-made to your unique specifications, we regret that we are unable to accept returns.
👉 Cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of order placement. We'll keep 70% of the design fee for cancellation if customer receives design preview (but not yet confirm embroidery).
👉 Sweatshirt (long sleeves no hood) and Hoodie (long sleeves with hood) are different. T-shirt is available in short sleeves, no hood.
