SHIPPING:
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This will happen once your order has been shipped. If you see that your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please let us know within 2 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. After this period, we won't be able to provide any refund, and you'll have to work with the carrier to find a solution.
