In each of my listings Photos there is also an Instructions Photo Tile to explain the format in which to send the personalisation to me. Please make sure this has been read before you begin to build your image. Once the image has been built using the codes in the templates (In the correct order from Left to Right of how you want them to appear on the page) you can then send this to me via either :-
1. The βAdd Personalisationβ Box
2. Via Etsy Message
Some larger prints will have to be sent via Etsy Message as the βAdd Personalisationβ Box is limited to a certain amount of characters.
All I ask is that you be clear with your selections.

If you are requesting a preview:-
I usually send this via Etsy Message - so please keep an eye on your messages and have notifications turned on so you can approve the finished draft.
I do ask if you can leave a phone number incase I do not get a response from Etsy Message so I can WhatsApp the preview over to you.
β¨I like to get my prints out within the dispatch time shown while ordering and this is something I always stick to - therefore please be mindful to check your messages if you are waiting for a preview. If I donβt hear back within 24 hours of sending the preview this will be sent out as it is.
I am happy to send previews but please ensure your codes are as close as possible and in the correct order when you send your personalisation.
Once you see the preview please list all changes in one message so I can get these done and send your print.
I spend a lot of time perfecting my prints and making sure they are to a High standard before posting.
If you have any special requests I.e add Balloons, add quotes or special characters this is absolutely fine.

All A3 Prints are shipped in thick Cardboard tubes to protect from bending and weather damage in transit.
