At this point, the coconut 🥥 starts to feed on itself and where you are used to seeing WATER inside the coconut, is transformed into this incredible edible sprout that looks like sponge cake! It’s sooooo good. The flavor ranges from salty to super sweet snd moist! And in between the sprout snd the thin layer of meat thats left you can usually find at least a finger full of the worlds best coconut oil! This is a RARE treat and should be treated as such :).
