1. Line your lips and apply the first layer of lipstick.
2. Blot with tissue paper to remove excess.

4. Apply a second layer of lipstick for a long-lasting finish.
**PLEASE READ**
To ensure smooth use and avoid issues with retracting the lipstick, do not push it more than 1/8 inch above the top of the chapstick tube. It is a creamier base than store bought bullet lipstick
