At Pine & Poem Custom, we sell custom home decor, nursery art, and gifts, using the footprints, handprints, and ultrasound photo files that our customers provide to us. Current turnaround times can be found in our shop announcement. All personalized products require proof approval prior to shipping. Custom footprint, handprint, and ultrasound orders will not be scheduled to be made until we have received both the order and the necessary files from the buyer. Orders are subject to the turnaround time on the day these files are received. FAQs and instructions for taking and sending the files can be found by scrolling through the item photos above. FOOTPRINT YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE NURSERY ART, UNFRAMED
Custom art print of YOUR baby or toddlers right and left foot made into a sun with the words "you are my sunshine" above. This print can use either STOCK footprints or your child's actual stamped footprints. Instructions for taking and sending photos of the stamped footprints for us to use can be found here: http://bit.ly/PinePoemInstructions or by scrolling through the item's photos.
Please be sure to select the appropriate option at checkout:
USE CUSTOM = You would like to use your baby's or child's footprints. These are custom imprints YOU provide. There is a one-time fee to have each footprint made into a digital illustration. Once on file, they can be used over and over again for future purchases. **If purchasing multiple prints using the same set of footprints in the SAME TRANSACTION you can also select "USE FROM PAST ORDER" for the second, third and fourth (etc) item purchased.
USE FROM PAST ORDER = Footprints have already been converted into a digital illustration and are on file from a prior order.
USE STOCK = The footprints used in the listing photo will be used.
Please be sure to provide stamp measurements (measure the length in inches from the bottom of the heel to the tip of the tallest toe) if you would like the footprints actual size. If measurements are not provided, the footprints will be adjusted to fit the layout.
The 8x10 print can keep footprints actual size up to 3.25 inches in height for one footprint ONLY. One footprint will be made smaller to fit
The 11x14 print can keep footprints actual size up to 6 inches in height for one set of footprints ONLY. One set will need to be smaller to fit.
*The 11x14 print using 3 sets of footprints can only be kept actual size with newborn size (3 inches) footprints.

• Professionally printed on a museum-grade matte fine art paper using archival and fade-resistant inks. The watermark that appears during proofing will not appear on your print.
• Paper measures 8x10 or 11x14 inches. Frames and mats are NOT included. We do not sell frames.
• There may be slight color differences between the sample colors above and your final print due to varying screen settings and color levels.
• Purchases made from outside the US may be subject to import taxes and fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and we are not responsible for any fees incurred to receive your item after it has shipped.

in the Notes To Seller message box at checkout, so that all of your order information is together.

• Once we are in receipt of footprints and payment we will contact you within 24 hours with an approximate time frame for your design proof. Once approved, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will not ship your order until you have approved your proof or until 7 days have passed, whichever occurs first.
• It is very appreciated to include all order information possible in the NOTES section when you checkout, as opposed to email or Etsy Convos. This way all of your order information is in one place. Thank you!!!!!!
