If, for whatever reason, the ears are broken during wear, it is the customer's responsibility to request a replacement part and/or pay to have the ears returned to Craftin Nikki to be repaired and sent back (cost of shipping to and from paid by customer).

Craftin Nikki does accept returns if the item(s) is(are) returned in the same condition during delivery. The customer must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, no exceptions, and provide photos of damage or a reason for returning.
