Sizing: :
For best fit measure head circumference and use that number to choose the size. If your head circumference is on the higher end of a size I recommend going with the larger size.
The littles will usually keep the hat on more, if it fits a little loose.
PLEASE READ:
When you measure, measure around where you want the hat to sit, usually over the ears. Do not measure just around the top of the head.
And for an example: a 6-12 month hat will not fit a two year old.

If you want a specific color ribbon, you MUST put it in the message for seller portion at checkout. Sending me a message after the fact does not guarantee I will get the ribbon color you want. The message to seller portion prints out on the shipping/packing list. Messaging me after does not. I try to connect the two, but I have approx. 25 orders a day and 20 messages a day. I promise I will miss a special request. So you might get pink ribbons when you want red. On a side note, if that does happen the ribbons are just tied on and can be changed to any color you want.
Please insure your address is correct. I have had way too many packages returned because of a wrong address.

Please pay attention to the processing and shipping times. If you have any questions, please ask before ordering. It takes two to three days to make and send the hats and another two to four days for shipping. Don’t order if this time frame doesn’t work for you.
To save on time, I print shipping labels twice a week. So when you receive a shipping email from Etsy, your order still might not ship for an extra day.

I can make these any colors you could possibly want. I even made a purple hat with blonde ponies and bangs for a Vikings fan. The possibilities are endless.
These are machine washable. And just air dry.
Do to the nature of this item, I do not accept returns. I cannot resell a hat, once it has left my possession.
However, if there is an issue with your hat, please don't hesitate to reach out and I will make it right. This needs to be done immediately after delivery.
