○ Ribbons are 80cm long and 2.5cm wide
○ Ribbons will be received untied and does not include the glassware displayed in images
○ Customisation is applied to 1 end of the ribbon only. If you are wanting a double ended personalisation please message us before placing your order
○ Orders will be dispatched up to 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. For larger quantities over 50 please allow for 4-5 business days
○ As this is a custom made product, we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds. We highly encourage you to carefully read our product description before placing your order.
★ ORDERING PROCESS ★
1. Select your ribbon colour & Text Colour
2. Type in # of ribbons required in the "QTY" field
3. Type your desired font # in the personalization box (if you have a specific font you want to use that isn't in the list, please send us a message prior to purchasing)
4. Provide all names required for the order (please ensure names are typed exactly as you want them to appear on the ribbon e.g all capital letters, lowercase etc.)
