These wooden floral coasters are intricately burned by hand, giving each one a unique personal touch with varying textures and finishes. They are extremely durable, and chip and splinter-proof, making them the perfect housewarming gift!
Because I burn them free-hand, there may be very slight variation in design, but there should be no major difference from the photos. Also, be aware that the grain of the wood is different for every coaster.
It is important to protect the wood from extreme temperatures, moisture, and scratches, so I add 3 coats of a satin polyurethane finish. Not only does it preserve the wood, it also adds a beautiful semi-glossy finish that highlights the design and natural grain of the pine.
It's even more important to protect the furniture the coasters will be used on, so each coaster comes with 4 non-slip silicone dots to prevent damage to surfaces.
