A mockup image will be sent to you for your approval before production. A delay in your approval will delay the processing time. Once approved printing will begin. Cups will ship 2-3 days after approval. Please note that the colors on screen may appear a little brighter than the final printed item.
REFUND
Due to this being a personalized item there is absolutely no refunds or exchanges available as the item was strictly made for the customer.
