▲Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What we can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.
▲We will send you photos and videos after almost finished, and you can give us any advices that you want the painting to be, for example colors and shades. And we'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with the picture, we will send it to you!
▲FRAMING & STRETCHING.
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are Rolled (Unframed/Not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch it at any of your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way.

All paintings sent by post are insured, so any damage caused to the paintings in transit will be reimbursed by the shipping company. All you have to do is contact us and take the damaged photos and send them to me by mail,I'll take care of the rest.
