-Add the following to personalization box
1) Text color to be printed
2) Personalization information (names, date if you want it printed, location, etc.)
3) You must also include the date you need the item in your hands.
If you request a date that is sooner than the latest ship by date, you agree to have your order cancelled. We are not accepting any rushes.

We will send an artwork proof to you through Etsy messages. There is one revision included as long as it doesn't require a complete redraw. If a redraw is needed, a new artwork fee will apply. If there is more than one revision that doesn't require a redraw, there is a $25 fee.
We WILL NOT move your custom illustrated product/s to production without your PROOF APPROVAL. If you have a delay in approving the proof, rush fees will apply to ensure we can get the order to you on time.

Please don't expect us to be responsible if you happen to enter the wrong information...it happens...you're in a hurry, baby is crying, phone is ringing. It's easier than you think to mistype a date, a name spelling, etc. Please take a breath and spend an extra minute to double and triple check what you've entered. ๐
We won't be responsible for incorrect information (names spelled wrong, dates listed wrong, etc. and yes this happens on a regular basis so please double check your information when entering it.
