BUYING THIS PRODUCT, YOU WILL GET:
A personalised, high quality A4 (297 x 210 mm) digital file for printing and gifting to friends or family. The digital certificate will be delivered in a zip file containing both a high resolution 300 dpi JPG file and a PDF file. (A JPG copy of the unpersonalised diploma will be sent to you automatically by Etsy as well).
** Please contact me via Convo if you would prefer a version in US letter size (8.5 × 11 inches) for no extra cost **
HOW THE PERSONALISATION WORKS

1. Enter the name and activity to be printed on the certificate in the "add your personalization" box.
2. Add the listing to your cart and checkout.
3. The zip file containing the personalised certificate will be sent via Etsy message within 12-48 hours.
4. Any inappropriate language in the personalisation may result in the order being rejected and you will be reimbursed.
Please be sure to send the correct spelling of all information for your diploma. We are not responsible for spell checking your info. Your diploma will be produced with the info as provided.

Downloaded files are for PERSONAL USE and COMMERCIAL USE of the image on up to 20 units of your own products. Contact me via convo if you have any questions on use. You cannot sell CrackingClipart's images in digital form.
