Tumblers are 20-ounce, double wall insulted, and can hold hot or cold drinks. Graphic designs are permanently printed directly on the tumbler and will not fade, crack, or come off. The final product contains NO Vinyl or Epoxy to ensure a safe and long-lasting life when properly maintained. Each Tumbler comes with a clear lid and straw. Tumblers are hand-made when ordered by R&M Creations in our shop and shipped as described below. Tumblers come well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping via USPS. Please HAND WASH ONLY the stainless steel tumbler to ensure a lasting image design on the tumbler. The lid ONLY is dishwasher safe.
Designs are created by using sublimation ink. These sublimation designs are then permanently transferred to a specially coated tumbler using extreme heat and pressure. We work our best to mitigate any seems, but on specific designs, slight seams may be present on the backside of the tumbler.
We always strive for the perfect color and do our best to reproduce the exact same colors as seen in the attached images and design photos. Sometimes, the color might differ due to different monitor settings. Any customization requests in the design are made per your request, and an image proof can be emailed to you before creating the Tumbler.
