3) This design is made with DTF printing.

If you do not check your color charts, the closest product will be sent to you.

5) If you want to add or change anything on the existing design we show in the screenshot, please contact the seller via the message box and get information about whether changes and additional requests can be made.
6) Our shirts are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Please review our color and size charts before placing your order. If you have any questions please send a message.
7) In case of errors caused by us (if the printing is wrong, damaged or defective, etc.), the product will be replaced or a refund will be made. If you think the product is faulty, you can make a request as soon as possible by taking a photo and sending a message via ETSY with an explanation message.

*Shipping Process*
8) Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
9) You can track your cargo via the USPS system with the tracking number or find out the status of your cargo by calling USPS.
10) First class mail 1-5 business days. After the cargo is delivered, it may take some time for it to be processed, transferred to the system and delivered. (Based on reasons such as busyness, weather conditions, Christmas, etc.) (The shipping process is the responsibility of USPS and we have no influence.)
11) If you enter the wrong address in your order or do not receive the cargo, a refund will be made after the product is returned, expenses (shipping fee) will be taken.
12) We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or delays caused by carriers. If the tracking shows that your item was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your post office or delivery carrier to report the lost or stolen item.
13) Please double check your address. Please make sure your registered address on Etsy is your current address as we will ship your order to your registered address by default. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.
