Our items are custom and cannot be returned under any circumstance. the puff is permanent, therefore cannot be removed/reused - errors made by our store are replaced free of cost, not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
FABRICATION: Our sweatshirts are soft and cozy, made with a medium-heavy fabric from a cotton/polyester blend. They are constructed with a knit ribbed collar, which prevents shrinking and has no itchy side seams.
DESIGN: Beautiful puff design. Pictures on this listing are photos of real sweatshirts and not mockups. Enjoy!
SIZING: Our sweatshirts are unisex sizes, offering a versatile and relaxed fit for guys and gals alike. Consider sizing up if you prefer an oversized look. Please refer to our size chart in the pictures of the listing.
