Our pennants are handmade. Please expect minor imperfections. We do our best to stay as consistent as possible. Each order is made individually. If you purchase the same item from us in different orders, there may be a slight variation in text size. We do not keep copies of past orders to recreate. If you re-order the same item, it will be made from scratch.
COLORS & MATERIAL:
- Primary color is the pennant base color.
- Secondary color is the text and detail color.
We have done our best to provide clear, well-lighted photos of our colors to give you an accurate reference. The hue and saturation of colors may vary slightly due to monitor/phone screen differences when viewing our photos online. The opacity of the felt color varies. Some felt colors show more light through them than others.
The felt we use for your pennant is a polyester acrylic. It is soft and flexible, not stiff. It is thinner than most people expect it to be - approx. 1/16th of an inch thick. It is not intended to be used as a children's toy and cannot hold up items like decorative pins.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING:
All orders ship 5-7 business days from order date.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
We do not rush orders. Orders are completed and shipped in the order we receive them. Please do not send us a message asking us to rush your order. We are a very small shop and are unable to accommodate rush requests.
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once an order is turned over to USPS, we have no control over the delivery. If you have a question about possible arrival dates, please message us before placing your order.
You can upgrade your shipping method at checkout if you wish to do so. Upgraded shipping does not change the 5-7 business day processing time. It only changes your shipping method.
Whether you pay for USPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS Express - your order will still ship after our 5-7 business day processing time.
SIZE:
This pennant flag is approximately 7 inches wide on the larger side and 23 inches long (this length measurement includes tails). The base of the pennant is approximately 20 inches (this measurement does not include tails). Each pennant is hand cut. Therefore, sizing is approximate. Felt thickness is approximately 1/16 of an inch.
CARE:
Spot clean only. If needed, you can warm iron (very low setting) using parchment paper as a barrier between the felt and iron to prevent burning and warping of material. Do not overheat.
WARNING:
Do not give to children or leave around children unattended. The felt can be pulled and ripped with enough force and could cause a choking hazard if pieces of the felt are torn/bitten. This item is intended to be used for decorative use only.
