Returns-If a customer orders through a third-party such as a Guest or on a third-party website such as Google Shopping, return labels will not be available through Etsy. Customers will need to purchase return shipping at USPS offices.
BusyasaBeadStore does accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery. The return must be shipped within 14 days of the initial request.
The customer is responsible for the return postage and any cost if a product is not in its original packaging and in new condition when received.
